Login Attempt Failed

When attempting to use Photoshelter Archive Publish Service AND the export tool I receive the following error: Login attempt failed. No username or password provided. I also receive an error window when closing the export dialog window. Screenshots of both are attached (note: screenshots were too large to attach and I don't have the time at the moment to shrink them. I can email them to you if necessary, thanks.)

Are you by any change on the Mac?

There is a known issue with the login details dialog on the Mac.
The dialog does not register the entered details correctly, when the 'login button' is pressed immediately.

The trick is to leave the edit field (tab out of it, or select an other edit field) before pressing the login button.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I am on a Mac but I have managed to get the publisher up and running. I found the trick to be the following:

Before trying to login, you must first enter in your photoshelter URL in the "configuration" window. Then you may login. Working like a charm. Donation coming soon.
