plugin remains in logging in state

Edited the preferences file of lightroom. Set the password field and change the field 'valid account' from wrong to true. Now I'm able to log in and use the plugin!

On the PC the preference file is 'Lightroom 2 Preferences.agprefs' the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences

Hi, same problem here on Mac OSX 10.6.3, LR2.
In the Mac preference file (com.adobe.Lightroom2.plist) is no field 'valid account'...
???

Having the same problem on a mac, but can't find this preference file or how I would change it. Any help you can provided would be greatly appreciated.
